It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ameta Lynn Hall of Clio, South Carolina, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandfather Albert Chesley Mumford, Sr.; her uncle Albert Chesley Mumford, Jr.; her aunt Lucille Mumford Wilson; her grandmother Margaret Hall Smith; and her great-grandparents, Daniel McKay Hall, Sr. and Rebecca Moore Hall.

She is survived by : her brother Chesley McKay "Chet" Hall (Courtney); her grandmother Lila Hyatt Mumford; her aunts, Barbara Mumford Hubbard (Clarence Windsor) of Clio, Cynthia Clark Mumford of Dillon, Margaret Ann Rogers of Myrtle Beach and Ellen Rogers McClinton of Georgetown; and her close friend Tina Driggers (Jeff). She is also survived by The Children's Defense Fund, a children's caregiver.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Lupus Foundation of America.
