It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Queen (Clover, South Carolina), born in Cherokee, North Carolina, who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Queen and Ethel Bigmeat Queen; his brother Jimmy Queen; and his great grandchild Hudson Blankenship. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Duncan Queen; his children, Sherry Buchanan, Carmen Bryant (Carlos) and Stuart Queen (Karen); his siblings, Marie Smith, Helen Raby and Irvin Owle; his grandchildren, Andrew Bryant, Matthew Bryant, Holly Blankenship (Buck) and Zachary K. Bryant; his great grandchildren, Amelie, Finn, Olivia and Hank; his niece Rhea Smith Sulanke; and his nephew Joel Queen.
