We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2019, at the age of 70, Charlotte A. Hayes (Clover, South Carolina), born in Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Julia Ann Kelly Bailey of Charleston, WV and Monroe Silas Bailey; her husband Gary Edward Hayes; her children, Kim Ramsey (Matt) of Rock Hill, Gary D. Hayes (Michelle) of York and Eric Hayes (Jena Arment) of Mooresville, NC; and her siblings, Dwayne Bailey (Joyce) of Sissonville, WV, Keith Bailey of Charleston, WV, Joan Newland (Bill Dunaway) of Charleston, WV and Cathy Cordell (Roger) of Crosslanes, WV. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
