He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Hampton and Ethel Atkinson Combs. He is survived by: his wife Karen B. Combs; his children, Lisa Posey of Gastonia, NC, Tina Laws (Mel) of Clover, SC, John Combs (Mandy) of Clover, SC, Andy Combs (Amy) of Clover, SC and Jake Combs (Amanda) of Clover, SC; his sister Betty Woolard of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Shane Lemmons (Amber), Hayley Malone (Brian), Whitney Laws (Rue), Nick Combs (Kiana), Sydney Combs, Evan Combs and Wade Combs; and his great grandchildren, Payton Lemmons, Bryson Lemmons, Savannah Piccolo and Easton Combs.
