She was predeceased by: her parents, James Newell Crawford, Sr. and Nannie Foy Crawford; her husband Carl Edward Smith; and her son Charles Lee Smith. She is survived by: her sons, David Carl Smith (Wynelle) of Clover, SC and Ronald James Smith (Kim) of Clover, SC; and her brother Alfred Crawford (Corky) of Clover, SC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
