She is survived by: her children, Andrew Akscin (Shannon) of Greenport, NY and Tracey Goff (Jason) of Holly Hill, FL; her brothers, Larry Borkowski (Tara) of Mint Hill, NC, Michael Borkowski (Jodi) of Clover, SC and Marty Borkowski (Lisa) of Statesville, NC; and her sister-in-law Kathy Borkowski of North Wilkesboro, NC. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and several nieces and nephews.
