Joyce Capps Brison Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 92, Joyce Capps Brison (Clover, South Carolina), born in Benson, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Capps and Tobitha Capps; her husband John E. Brison, Jr.; and her siblings, Arnold, Donald, Jennings Capps and Mary Lee Capps Rector.
She is survived by: her son Johnny Brison; her grandchildren, John E. Brison, IV (Samantha) and Emily Brison; her daughters, Patsy Brison (Scott Camp) and Becky Maxon (Dave); her grandchildren, Chrissie Maxon Lunsford and David Maxon (Tela); and her sister Helen Capps Winstead. She is also survived by her three children, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Terrace Ridge and the loving staff who took care of her through COVID-19 and became her family when we could not be there.
