He is survived by: his mother Marsha Jean Marlowe Estridge (John); his sons, Justin Lee Forbis, Jr. and Daniel Austin Forbis; his close friend Bianca McWaters; his brothers, Stephen C. Tayara and Austin M. Forbis; and his grandmother Imogene R. Haas.
