He is survived by: his children, Tim Palmer, Sheila Hallbrook and Becky Mashburn; and his brothers, Jim Palmer and Harold Palmer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
