She is survived by: her husband Franklin Joseph Slavens; her daughters, Cember Lynn Ortiz (Jennifer) of Shelby, NC, LaRee Nadine Slavens of Shelby, NC and Crystal Dale Slavens of Kennewick, WA; and her siblings, Kimberly Nesbitt (Roy Taylor) of Batavia, NY and Michael J. Henry of Batavia, NY. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
