She was predeceased by: her mothers, Ella Phillips and Pearl McCollum; her daughter Little Miss Phillips; her siblings, Alice Faye Watson, Bobby Williams and David McCollum; her nephew Bobby Williams; and her daughter-in-law Jannie Nelson Barnett.
She is survived by: her brother Sammy Kay; her sons, Rev. William Barnett (Wanalyn) of York, Leroy Barnett of Clover and Bobby Wayne Barnett; her grandchildren, Michael Barnett of York, Jonathan Barnett (Miranda) of Clover and Tiffany Clark (Marquis) of Gastonia; her great grandchildren, Ayden, Cameron, Jaxon, Tamaria and Jeremiah; her siblings, Barbara Jamison of Gastonia, Phyllis Lindsey, Ella Phillips of Charlotte, Marcella Beard of Clover, Frankie M. Cancer (Elder Vernard) of Columbia, William, Carl Phillips (Rita) of Gastonia, Donald Ray, Sammy Phillips of Clover and Sylvester Phillips (Yvette) of Charlotte; and her sister-in-law Eloise McCollum of Clover. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
