He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bryant Armstrong; his children, Wendy Renee Armstrong of Gastonia, NC and Eric Armstrong (Leslie) of Clover, SC; his siblings, Linda Deal (Bill) of Gastonia, NC and Richard Armstrong (Elizabeth) of Clover, SC; and his grandchildren, Alex, Jacob, Tara and Zeke Armstrong.
