He is survived by: his wife Kathy Diane Wilson Ballard; his children, Crystal Wyatt and Tim Ballard (Torrie) of West Union, SC; his siblings, Paula Vallejos (Robbie) of York, SC, Kirk Ballard (Jackie) of Seneca, SC, Roddy Ballard (Debbie) of Rockwell, NC and Bill Ballard of Texas; his siblings-in-law, Tootsie Pennington of Clover and Maxie Wilson of Clover; his grandchildren, Ethan of Tucker and Taylor; and his great grandchild Noah.
