She is survived by: her children, Vilene Lusk (David), Marilyn Adair, Tovia Gill (Missy), Montell Gwinn (Audra) and Amber Adair; her grandchildren, Jermaine Lindsay, Courtney Boehmann (Jake), Johntavious McCoulley, Charmaine Lindsay, Jacob and Christian Gill; and her friend Willie Green Phillips. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
