We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Charles E. Moore of Columbia, South Carolina, born in Blytheville, Arkansas. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carrie Moore and Clemmon Moore; his wife Sarah; his children, Kimberly Rogers (Tony), Emmanuel Moore and Dejoris Tucker; his grandchildren, Noah, Mikala, Jordyn, Cristiana and Joshua Josiah Rogers; and his siblings, William Moore (Dorothy) and Jacqueline Simmons. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
