She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Freeman (Dick) and Mae Turner Freeman. She is survived by: her daughter Patti; her son-in-law Tom Carson of Lake Hartwell; her grandchildren, Turner Blair Carson of Oklahoma City, OK and Jayna Kay Carson of Anderson, SC; her sister Martha Shirley McMillian of Easley, SC; her nephew Dicky Shirley (Karen); her niece Terri Shirley Hughes; her grandchildren, Jimmy Hughes, Zackary, Amanda Hughes, Justin and Kenleigh Hughes; and her great grandchildren, Audry Hughes, Teddy Hughes and Bennett Ann Hughes. She is also survived by her children; great nephews.
