She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Melvin Seay and Katie Belle Seay; her husband Dr. John Clark Adams; her brothers, Heyward Seay (Patsy), Russell Seay (June) and Herman Seay; and her brother-in-law AJ Richards.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carlisle Seay (Ruth), Sadie Richards and Gayle Thompson (Bill); and her sister-in-law Kathy Seay.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Associations in loving memory of Mrs. Elise Fay Adams.
