She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Long and Rebecca Long; her husband Reynaldo Resendez; and her brothers, James Walter Long (JW) and Hubert Long (Guy).

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ryan Resendez (Haley), Travis Resendez (Paige) and Tyler Resendez; and her siblings, Janie Hope (Bill), Hal Long (Peggy) and Darrell Long (Debbie). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
