With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Leonard Latulipe Jr. (Columbia, South Carolina), born in Massena, New York, who passed away on October 9, 2025 at the age of 50. Though James Leonard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James Leonard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Terra; his parents, Katherine Baublitz Mizell and James Sr.; and his siblings, Stacey Linton Latulipe, Robbie Latulipe and Brian Latulipe.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Temples-Halloran Funeral Home Chapel (5700 Bush River Rd, Columbia, SC 29212). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
