He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Taylor and Eartha Mae Taylor; his grandparents, Ora Mae Rykard and Shelton Byrd; his grandson Davaris; his siblings, Mervin Kenneth Taylor and Margaret Taylor Goodwin; his children, Kutina White, Karen Roberts (Stephon), Vickie Brevard (Charles) and Ricky Halter (Glenda); his siblings, Patricia Mosley (Mosley), Evangelist Jacqueline Taylor Spann, Edna Mosley (Rufus), Evelyn Johnson, Marvin Keith Taylor (Lorraine), Leon Jefferson Taylor (Joann), Jerome Taylor, Edward Joe Taylor (Tara) and Richard Cunningham (Carol); and his aunt Ruth Ann Burden.

He is survived by : his wife Betty J. Taylor.
