It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Tuck Yancey of Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on April 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John "Buddy" Yancey, Jr.; her parents, Woody Tuck and Luby Tuck of Virginia; her siblings, Nell Tuck Nichols, Barbara Tuck Russell and Marshall Tuck; and her son-in-law Doug Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Yancey White (James), David Yancey (Barbara) and Laura Yancey-Jones; her grandchildren, Jonathan White (Meg), Zachary White (Jennifer), Justin Yancey (Jael), Liz McCarthy (Chas), Ashlei Wilson (Judd) and Evan Yancey-Jones; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn White, Louisa White, Elena White, Callum White, Charlotte McCarthy and Whitaker McCarthy.
