He is survived by : his parents, Mathew Karottukunnel and Annies Karottukunnel (Chackungal); his daughters, Annabelle Jo and Sophia Rose Karottukunnel; the mother of his children Michelle Wingard; his sister Rejani Nedumchira; his brother-in-law Jose Nedumchira (Sujo); his niece Anna Clara; and his nephew Daniel.

A wake was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Temples-Halloran Funeral Home (5400 Bush River Rd, Columbia, SC 29212). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Bush River Memorial Gardens (5400 Bush River Rd, Columbia, SC 29212).
