She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Belton Abbott and Elizabeth Boyer Abbott; her husband Johnny J. Hollis, Jr.; and her siblings, Henry Broadus Abbott, Earl Bernard Abbott and Betty A. Reynolds.

She is survived by : her sons, Johnny "Jay" Hollis, III (Bina) of Chapin, SC and Curtis Hollis of West Columbia, SC; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Kelsey and Haley. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
