He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyston Musgrave and Irene Musgrave. He is survived by: his wife Amberlynn Musgrave; his sister Pam Healey; his children, Greg Musgrave (Heather), Lynne Anderson (Matt), Amy Cantley and Shayne Musgrave (Carla); his grandchildren, Austin Casey, Lyndsay Musgrave, Hayley Musgrave, Peyton Musgrave, McKenzi Causey and Christian Musgrave; his nieces, Alexandra Agee (Dan) and Aurora Agee; and his nephew Rick Healey (Misty).
