He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon W. Brown and Elizabeth Brown (Rounds) of Garden City, SC.; his brother Scott W. Brown; his sister-in-law Margie Brown; his sibling's children, Matthew Brown, Melissa Hopkins and Steven Brown; and his friend Lisa Kelly.
