He is survived by: his parent Lucille Stevens Todd; his wife Patsy Todd; his children, Joey David Todd, Jr. of Hollister, FL, Vickii Kerslake, Jason R of Waynesville, NC, Brandy R. and Henley Jones of Cheraw, SC; his grandchildren, Riley Russ, Madison Hopper, Zoie Todd, Zaine Todd, Maron Walters and Hensley Jones; his brother Eddie Todd of Socastee; his stepchildren, April Walters, Jason Russ and Ronnie Russ; and also, Kelli of Hollister, FL and Mary of Socastee.
