He is survived by: his spouse Linda R. Smallin; his parent Joanne Cain; his son Scott Smallin of Conway; his grandson Vega Smallin of Mooresville, NC; his siblings, Johnny Smallin of Sweetwater, Debbie Pope (Fred) of Pensacolo, FL, Jane Gann of Tazwell and Jodie Kozier of Atlanta, GA; his parent-in-law Henry Roberts; his siblings-in-law, Joanne Gardner (Billy) of Sandra Lewis and Buddy Roberts of Conway; and also Thelma Roberts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of their choice.
