He is survived by: his parent Marie Eaddy; and his siblings, Carylon Moultrie (Sam), Sandra Pryor (William), Isaac Eady of Bucksville, Willie Eaddy of Bucksville and Fredrick Eaddy of Bucksville. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, relatives, nieces, nephews and friends.
