He was predeceased by: his parent Robert James Parr, Sr.; his brother Paul Parr; and also Mary Parr (Ellison). He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Parr (Powell); his sons, Russell John Parr, Jr. of Ann Arbor, MI and Richard James Parr (Beth) of Lake Elmo, MN; his grandchildren, Russell Alexander Stafford-Parr and Ella Nancy Parr; and his siblings, Robert, Phillip Parr (Deb) and Lois Weber (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
