He was predeceased by : his brother Sammy Moore; and his granddaughters, Rosemary and Mindy Wolcott. He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Kowalewski Moore; his children, Naomi M. Strickland (Andy) of Cordova, SC, Sara M. Kearney (Andy) of Penang, Malaysia, Hannah M. Ruff (Jeffrey) of Glendale, SC and Samuel D. Moore (Ruth) of Irmo, SC; his siblings, Althea Sheldon (Marc) of Lufkin, TX, Ruth Jones of Broaddus, TX, Martha Moore of Broaddus, TX and Benjamin Moore of Smithville, TX; and also, Jim Strickland (Tracey) of Cordova, SC and Linda Tyner (Elvis) of Hartsville, SC.. He is also survived by twenty four grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; numerous of nieces and nephews.
CDC guidelines for the COVID-19 virus and social distancing will be observed during the service. All attendees will be required to wear a mask.
