He was predeceased by : his parents, Adam Clyde Smoak, Sr. and Mamie Black Smoak. He is survived by : his wife Betty Smoak; his children, Brenda Timms (Sam) of Winnsboro and James Allen Smoak; his granddaughters, Carrie Timms and Melanie Smoak; and his great grandchild Oliver.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
