He was predeceased by : his father James "J. D.". He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Davis Kinsey; his children, Milton Kinsey (Nancy) of Pelion and Trissie K. Hoffman (Gerald) of Bamberg; his granddaughter Tracey Lin Kizer of Charleston; and his stepgrandchildren, Carrie Rabon and Ray Stevens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
