Salley; his children, Marion Henning of Delaware, Karen Salley of Brooklyn, Sharon Outler of Rochester, Keisha Gales of Sewell, Carl Bingley and Herbie Salley of Brooklyn; his siblings-in-law, Bishop Eddie Liggins, Sr. (Geneva) of Milledgeville, Norris Liggins (Flora) of Milledgeville, James Liggins (Yolanda) of Milledgeville, Matthew Liggins of Saten Island, Pastor Willie Bell Martin (Elder Zealous) of Sandersville, Eleanor Boyer of Milledgeville and Irona Spikes (William) of Gray, Georgia; his grandchildren, Raquel Frost, Shahien Kelly Clay, Steffanie Pratt, Chelsea Watson, Nicolas Watson, Ceara Watson, Samantha Watson, Daquan Catlett, Gabriel Watson and Gavin Gales (Boogie Boy); and his friends, Frank "Dago" Adams, Charles White and Henry Norman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, other relatives and friends.
