He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Gordon Conwell and Alma Collins Conwell; his sons-in-law, Robin Lesley and Randy Bennett; and his siblings, Thomas Lloyd Conwell, Thelma "Judy" Hubbard and Maxie Keaton.
He is survived by : his wife Ruby Ferguson Conwell; his children, Curtis Ray Conwell (Patricia), Kellie Denise Lesley and Karen Lynn Bennett; his grandson Ryan Lesley (Heather); his stepgrandson Cory Dunagan (Brie); and his close friend Henry Ferguson.
