He is survived by : his wife Lynn Steedly Rhode of Round; his children, Ray Rhode (Bonita) of Selma, Lisa Masneri of Charleston and Julie Watson (Bobby) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Chris, Brianna, Brett, David, Brice, Joseph and Sarah Grace; his great grandchild Jasper; his siblings, Kathy Boyd, Libby Harmon and Marion Rhode, Jr.; and his cousins, Tommy Dandridge (Nancy) of Round and Bobby Gene Rhode (Barbara) of Cottageville.
