She was predeceased by : her parent Maebell Queen De'Lay; and her grandparents, Elizabeth and Irack De'Lay. She is survived by : her sisters, Aline De'Lay of Baltimore, MD, Sarah Elizabeth De'Lay of Silver Springs, MD, Elouise Capers of New Windsor and N. Y.; and her brother-in-law Izell Capers of New Windsor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
