He is survived by : his parent Blondell Stroud Gardner; his wife Susie Costello Stroud of Darlington; his son Randall Eugene Stroud, Jr. of Darlington; his brothers, Jimmy Stroud (Darlene) of Darlington and George Gardner of Darlington; and his siblings-in-law, Jay W. Arrowood (Kathleen) of North Carolina, Manford Costello (Sharon) of Michigan and Geri Arrowood.
