She was predeceased by : her father Perry Bruce; her sisters, Kimberly of Washington and Paula Jean Bruce; her grandparents, Benjamin, Florie Rose Thomas, Isaiah and Cleo Bruce Coe; and her niece Antonique Sargent.
She is survived by : her mother Janie Thomas Bruce Foster; her sons, Shawn Bruce of Atlanta, GA and Ahmad Rasheed Bruce of Darlington, SC; her grandsons, Keishawn Burney, Ki'sante Burney and Montrell Jackson; her siblings, Wanda Bruce and Chris Bruce (Diane) of Orangeburg, SC; and her stepfather Edward Foster of Mebane, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
