She is survived by: her children, Diane Huggins of Lake View, Annette Sanderson (Dan) of Dillon, Rose Russ (George) of Hope Mills, NC and Jimmy Dale Locklear of Dillon; and her siblings, Roechester Bass of Hamlet, NC, Everline Huggins of Smithfield, TN and Jeannette Locklear (Curtis) of Laurinburg, NC. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
