It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emanuel Waters (Easley, South Carolina), who passed away on March 27, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion S. Waters and Ethel Mae Cannon Waters; his wife Florence Pennie Waters of Greenville; his children, Ellanor Collins (Wade) of Easley, Florence Beeks of Greenville, Gail Huff of Easley, Jimmy Sylvester Waters (Anna) of Greenville, Eugene Waters of Greenville and Robert Pennie of Greenville; and his sister Erma Clement of Greenville. He was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
