He is survived by: his wife Victoria McCall Smith; his mother Judy Fowler; his grandmother Cora Chism; and his siblings, David Crawford, Thomas Crawford, Brian Fowler, Michael Fowler, Steven Fowler and Palacia Fowler. He is also survived by six children.
