She was predeceased by : her husband Alfred Tuggy; her siblings, Ruth Berger, Lucille Cole and Glen Turner; her grandson Danny Phillips; and her daughter-in-law Jean Tuggy.

She is survived by : her friend Holmes Orchids; and her children, Frieda Lubkemann (Bill) of Arizona, Dan (Cheryl) of Oregon, David (Joy) of Mexico, Fred (Pam) of Missouri, Sam (Mary) of Batesburg, SC, Dale Bowles (Larry) of Kentucky, Tim of Pennsylvania, Janice Phillips (Mark) of Blythewood, SC and Ruby Stephens (Chuck).
