He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Cecil Carraway and Joyce Friar Carraway; the mother of his children Bertie Mae Carraway of Coward; his children, Steve Carraway (Jennifer) of Williamston, Chris Carraway (Crystal) of Florence and Stacy Carraway Griggs (Brad) of Florence; his grandchildren, Alexis, Skye, Chandler, Cole, Laney, Myles, Grayson, Matthew and Aiden; his siblings, Cindy Fisher (Steve) of Florence, Wanda Carraway Priester (Angus) of Varnville, Nancy Carraway Schaffer of Varnville and Michael Carraway (Sylvia) of Effingham; and his brother-in-law Schaffer. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
