Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Nancy Carter of Effingham, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 80, on March 2, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Azzie Goff and Sadie McCraken Goff. She is survived by: her husband John M. Carter; her children, Pamela Hyatt (Mark) and John Carter (Lynn); her granddaughters, Ashley Conner (Caleb) and Kelly Boswell (Jack); and her great grandchildren, Cash Conner and Ella Boswell.
A limit of 20 people will be allowed at any time in the building and it is asked that all COVID-19 protocols be observed, including social distancing and face coverings.
