He is survived by : his daughter Linda Merrill Billups of Effingham, SC; his stepdaughters, Dawn Brown and Felicia Guyton; his siblings, Sandra Lynn Hartian (Richard), Brenda Carol Osvold of Virginia and David Andrew Billups (Deborah) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Lauren Brennan, Cecilie Lacoss and Joey Lacoss.
