He was predeceased by : his parents, Nancy Mae Shelley Price and Gilbert Grady Price; his wife Iva Nell Powell Price; his grandchildren, Kelvin W. Price and Jodie G. Price; and his siblings, Sonny Boy Price and Doris Price.
He is survived by : his children, Nancy Matthews (Don Showers) of Florence, Dennis Price (Jean) of Coward, Ray Price (Cathy) of Timmonsville and Patrick Price of Effingham; and his sister Shelley Hannah of Ladson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
