She was predeceased by : her parents, Eva Mae and Louie Raines of Brevard, NC.; her husband William Stanley Rabon of Elgin; and her siblings, Wilma Lance, Yvonne Smith, Warren and Wallace Raines.

She is survived by : her children, Cozette Gaviria (Carlos), Kim Duncan and William Stanley "Bill" Rabon, Jr.; her grandchildren, Erica Page (John) and Richard "Dakota" Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Lily and Emily Page.
