With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Ruth Irvin of Elgin, South Carolina, born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on October 13, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Ruth Gifford Nuding. She is survived by : her father Jerry Scott Nuding; her husband Michael Alan "Mike" Irvin; her sons, Bobby Irvin (Barbara) of Elgin and Andrew Irvin (Brittany) of Lugoff; her siblings, David Nuding (Sharon), Ray Nuding (Debbie) and Sandy McDowell (John); and her grandchildren, Hannah, Kailey, Aiden, Ashley, Bryson, Parker and Landon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Thiel-Meyer Pet Adoption Center.
