She is survived by: her daughter Tammie Crews Cook; and her grandchildren, Shawn Berry Crews, John Shannon Cook, Daisy Nacole Branham, Christopher Alvin Cook and Hope Marie McLeod. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and extended family.
