She was predeceased by : her spouse Lindsay Brazell; her parents, Charles Jones and Gertrude Jackson Martin Jones; her brothers, Tallmadge Martin and Charles "Joe" Martin; and her granddaughter Brooke Nicole Brazell.

She is survived by : her son Kenneth W. Brazell (Tammie) of Blythewood; her siblings, Clyde Martin, Sammy Jones and Evelyn Brazell; her grandchildren, Cameron A. Brazell and Caleb W. Brazell (Gwenell); and her great grandchildren, Emma Wren Brazell, Amelia Rivers Brazell, Knox Wayne Brazell and Lane Crawford Brazell.
